Refund policy

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION (RMA). To receive the RMA#, simply text us pictures of the item(s) to 714-591-5851, reasons for the return, & your name or order#.

The following conditions must be complied with:

  • Due to federal regulations, sales of products with a limited useful life expectancy, such as biologicals, membranes, tissues, grafts, etc. are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
  • Returned products must be unopened/unused in their original packaging without any missing contents; MUST be in resalable condition, No Exception.
  • Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Any returns past thirty (30) days will not be accepted.

  • Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).

  • Exchange: we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within seven (7) days of the invoice date
  • Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
  • The customer will be only given a product refund. The shipping & handling fee will NOT be refunded.  If original shipping was free, $10 will be deducted from the refund amount. 

  •  OsseoShop is not liable for any lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.

Special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:

  • Regenerative products (eg. bones, membranes)
  • Special order / customized items (products that we do not ordinarily stock)

Return Instruction

  • Wrap packages securly in a box; do not send in an envelope.
  • Write your RMA# clearly outside of box.
  • OsseoShop is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages during transit/delivery. Insure your merchandies accordingly.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • Please do not send opened/non-returnable items specified above. Items rejected for refund will be sent back to you, and  shipping cost  will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once refund is approved after the inspection, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
