Refund policy

We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization. To receive an RMA#, please text photos of the item(s), along with the reason for return and your name or order number to: 714-591-5851

Return Conditions:

Final Sale – No Exceptions:

Due to federal regulations, sales of products with a limited useful life expectancy—such as biologicals, membranes, tissues, grafts, etc.—are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Product Condition:

Returned products must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with all components included
- In resalable condition
  
  No exceptions will be made.
Time Frame:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted.

Reporting Errors or Shortages:

All shipment discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date to be eligible for credit (if applicable).

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date.

Return Shipping & Refunds:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds apply to the product only — original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
OsseoShop is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit or delivery. Please insure your merchandise accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Regenerative products (e.g., bones, membranes)
Special orders / customized items not regularly stocked
Government-regulated items

Return Instructions:

Securely pack your item(s) in a sturdy box (do not use envelopes).
Clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the box.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

⚠ Do not send opened or non-returnable items. If returned items are rejected, they will be sent back to you, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method once inspection is complete.
